1. Overview

At Gita Press Book Store, operated by Kaushik Prakashan Sanskar Gallery, we aim to provide authentic religious books and products in the best condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage or incorrect delivery, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be available.

📌 Due to the nature of books and religious products, returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items requested after the return period
  • Special or bulk orders (if applicable)

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will verify the request.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Option is Deactivated Due to Fake Orders

6. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • Full refund if replacement is not available.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by Kaushik Prakashan Sanskar Gallery only in case of damaged or wrong items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
